Right now, our Retail Team has an interesting Part-Time Cashier position open. In an END. store, the cashier oversees the last seconds of the customer’s experience. In line with END. Service Guideline, they should be closing transactions in a friendly and polite manner, addressing client inquiries and responding to questions.

What you will be doing: Main Duties

  • Help the sales team in its combined efforts to maximize revenue and heighten Company profile by overtly showing excellent service practices to mirror the performance of the sales advisers.
  • Scan items and collect money using the EPOS system to handle all customer transactions.
  • Promote cross-selling and add-on sales.
  • Address client grievances, mentor them, and offer pertinent information.
  • Keep a neat cash desk area.
  • Purchases of wraps and bags in compliance with END. business guidelines.
  • Support in other spheres of store operations by means of a strong working understanding of the procedures underpinning all services and policies.
  • Keep awareness of merchandise and standards of products.
  • Support stock renewal.
  • Share with our client base your expertise of the goods we offer and the sector we operate in.
